Once you have generated a quotation in Scheme Trader it can be bound with just a few clicks. Policy documents can then be generated and emailed straight to the client and policy records transferred to other systems if required.

Policy documents

Scheme Trader will generate all the policy documents throughout the policy life cycle. All documentation is stored securely online and can be emailed to the policyholder or downloaded and printed. All documents are generated in secure PDF format.

When setting up a scheme you can use our standard document templates or we can create bespoke documents for your scheme. Current document templates include certificates of insurance, cover notes, schedules, statements of fact and more. The Scheme Trader document generation is extremely flexible - if there is a document you need then we can add it.

Integrated payment processing

The Scheme Trader insurance software platform is integrated with one of the leading payment processing providers in the UK to enable you to take card payments securely - both in the back-office system and online quote and buy.

Scheme Trader can set up automated monthly payment plans either with or without an initial deposit. Payments are then processed automatically each month.

If required payment can also be processed externally but recorded in Scheme Trader for reconciliation at a later date.

Data transfer

When a policy is bound you can use Scheme Trader's events and triggers to transfer full or partial policy data to other systems. The data transfer can be immediate or scheduled to occur at timed intervals.
